Know every hidden joint is good before your boards ship.

The solder joints beneath BGAs, QFNs, and other hidden-termination components are exactly where failures hide and visual inspection goes blind. X-ray inspection provides non-destructive analysis of solder joint quality, identifying voids, bridges, and misalignment that visual inspection simply cannot detect.

This service is available both as part of our assembly process and as a standalone inspection offering for boards manufactured elsewhere.
