Know every hidden joint is good before your boards ship.
The solder joints beneath BGAs, QFNs, and other hidden-termination components are exactly where failures hide and visual inspection goes blind. X-ray inspection provides non-destructive analysis of solder joint quality, identifying voids, bridges, and misalignment that visual inspection simply cannot detect.
This service is available both as part of our assembly process and as a standalone inspection offering for boards manufactured elsewhere.
DFM Assessments
Our DFM service reviews PCB layouts before production to identify design features that could compromise yield, reliability, or assembly efficiency. Engineers provide clear, actionable feedback on pad geometry, component spacing, solder mask, and panelisation, so you get your design right before committing to tooling or volume.
